Very disorganized company. Several times over the last couple of months my orders have either gotten lost or just simply not delivered. Very undependable and poor communication. Products are good but not good enough to put up with the highly frustrating and poor customer service. For the prices, I expect better service. If ordering, just be prepared for the very real possibility of not receiving your order or finding out that what you ordered is on back order or no longer in stock.
The customer service on the calls are very terrible lately
Excellent! Impressed with deliverer Jake, food taste, & packaging! I'm tight with $ & it's a good value. Half freezer for abt $90 (reg. price, 1st X is 50% off)--delivered right to my door. (1st time customer, but my Gma got their food when I was a kid.)
