Nice studio, staff friendly.
I am sorry to say that we did not have a good experience with this portrait studio. It is way over priced and there isn't much that is special about the quality of the photos and definitely not the customer service. There was one photographer who was energetic and friendly but the rest of the staff lacked zeal and or basic customer service skills. They have taken several days just to send 6 prints to our email address. My daughter who wanted to get some announcements out online, is disappointed and so am I.
For the past 25 years, we’ve had our family and special events (wedding, first birthdays, family senior pics) photographed by Schwabe Studios. Every photographer we’ve ever had gave us the best experience!! Highly recommend!
