I had to work with the bureau regarding distributions of a property I bought at auction. They send out bills that require a signature to receive. So quit your job, so you can sit around waiting to sign for a tax bill that couldn't possibly be mailed like normal. Or heaven forbid they get with the times and send emails and have a useful online portal that doesn't require you already to have received mail.
