Great staff for treatment. Terrible clerical knowledge. Was informed by them that they never submitted the proper paperwork for insurance. Had a 3 way call with them and insurance, stated by the insurance rep that due to their inability to submit the correct information that the patient would have to pay full, their response..."ok". Not a Im sorry we messed this up, or let's get this addressed properly. If you woul like to skip a headache along with the body pain you already have, find someplace else.
Christine was awesome!! Thought for sure I would have to have back surgery. Ruptured the l5 disc and was in severe pain for 6 months. Went to Dr. Saks and he put me in physical therapy. She had me in for 10 sessions and man I feel great. Thanks Christine!!
