Leily and Shiva invited me there, for the 3rd time almost everyone in my family has a Karbon Jacket, I can not resist not to get more thank you for such a great deal 👍🏼
I first started with Karbon as a ski school jacket. I have bought several others since. I love the tall collars, and found the quality for the price excellent.
Would not accept a return on a xmas purchase that was in original packaging with all tags. Will not be doing business with them in the future
very dissatisfied with the purchase of a Jacket for my daughter. The size was very small compared to a 14 size and asked for an exchange. Customer Service was unwilling to even listen to me and exchange the item. I will never buy anything from them.
Working at Karbon is very stressful and there is no loyalty if you have not been with the company for years. The probation period was longer than 3 months. The jackets are great but as a family owned business they only care about the staff that has been there since day one.
