I first started with Karbon as a ski school jacket. I have bought several others since. I love the tall collars, and found the quality for the price excellent.
Would not accept a return on a xmas purchase that was in original packaging with all tags. Will not be doing business with them in the future
very dissatisfied with the purchase of a Jacket for my daughter. The size was very small compared to a 14 size and asked for an exchange. Customer Service was unwilling to even listen to me and exchange the item. I will never buy anything from them.
Working at Karbon is very stressful and there is no loyalty if you have not been with the company for years. The probation period was longer than 3 months. The jackets are great but as a family owned business they only care about the staff that has been there since day one.
Awful customer service. I placed my original order in September of 2022. Received the package in October, and needed to exchange for a different size. My package was sent to them on November 1st, they received it on November 14th. It is now March of 2023 and I STILL don't have any clues as to when I'll receive my exchange. Every time I tried to get an update, I was given estimates of 2-4 weeks. Still waiting, and with my last attempt at contact (which was 10 days ago), I still haven't even gotten a response.
