I (stupidly) placed an order 2 days before a trip to China and because I wanted to bring some WI ginseng as gifts. I placed my order and sent an email asking if they could expedite the shipping process. To my surprise, they shipped out within a couple hours and refunded my next day air shipping I had purchased. It was delivered the next day on UPS Ground because I live in Wisconsin. The customer service was wonderful :)
I have been ordering from Jim/Dave for quite a few years, mostly the sliced ginseng. The quality is superb, service has always been great, shipping was fast. I have bought Ginseng from several other vendors/shops in the past, maybe subjective, but I feel that Schumacher's ginseng tastes stronger and quality is consistent throughout these years.
