The ABSOLUTE WORST. I have a car being shipped overseas...they were paid in full 4 MONTHS ago..and the car is still sitting. The slowest company i have ever worked with. The rudest staff ever. Avoid this company
Stay away from these guys. Their service is extremely poor. For my shipment arriving from Australia, SCL is the partner in the USA to ship it to me in Houston. A month since it has arrived in their facility in LA and they haven't moved it yet. They keep telling me it will be shipped on a friday or monday and then keep pushing back week after week. Seamless service
We have waited 3 months for the delivery of our personal items from the UK to Austin. Our goods just arrived in Houston, but have been told they are unable to deliver our goods for ANOTHER 2 MONTHS! It should not take 3 months to cross oceans and continents, then take 2 months to drive 2 hours.
Do not use this company. Very dangerous practices. Check the horror stories on LA reviews on Google Maps. Contact the Better Business Bureau in the place where you contracted with this company. You may also contact the Attorney General of where your contract takes place such as in Texas or in Los Angeles California or you can even make a complaint with the Federal Trade Commissioner or FTC under the FTC Act.
