I wish I could have chosen who my movers were, however the company in Australia who were awesome moved my belongings and engaged these guys. The items were shipped in October and arrived in the US in February...after a brief stop at customs, they still have my things we are now approaching the middle of April its taken longer for tjem to get to me in the US than it did for them to arrive here. Dont ask them to contact you or return a call because they won't. Don't request to speak to a manager because no one seems to manage ... read more
Our international household move was handed over to Schumacher for the last leg- Houston to Austin and it was a major let-down. Took 6.5weeks to deliver my container with poor communication. They stated that my contract didn't apply here as it was a different company. They said that they called their manager but he was "unavailable". The dispatch... read more
BE AWARE! DO NOT use this company to import your goods. They are unresponsive and untransparent. My goods have been cleared from customs for 3 weeks with no response. They don’t respond to emails, they don’t answer the phone and they DONT CARE! Stay clear especially of Christine Sumampouw as a coordinator as her service is no where to be found and she refuses to call to explain what is going on after asking multiple times. No other importer can be worse so try someone else instead.
Scammers!!! Do yourself a favor and never book with this company. I thought there was at least some good reviews so I booked with them, and signed a contract and paid the deposit. Then they completely ghosted me! They were supposed to pick up our stuff today and no one showed up and no one picked up their phones. Calling for hours and finally someone picked up and then she just hung up on us… like what???
The ABSOLUTE WORST. I have a car being shipped overseas...they were paid in full 4 MONTHS ago..and the car is still sitting. The slowest company i have ever worked with. The rudest staff ever. Avoid this company
