The owner is polite and courteous. Willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Perfect place and great selection for the beginning model railroad fan. He has N scale up to G scale of garden trains. Model builders have a decent selection of cars, planes, military. Prices are reasonable and in some cases cheaper than on would think. TERRIBLE customer service. STILL WAITING OVER 18 months and Chris the owner has a different excuse each time I go in. Santa Fe engine repair we have been waiting for 10 months FOR some springs. THIS GUY IS A JOKE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Photos attached.
Was in town for the annual airshow and thought “I’ll go visit a local model train store” while I have some valuable time to spare. Should have heeded the reviews; pulled up front and the store was closed in the middle of the publicized hours. Pardon the pun but not the greatest way to run a railroad.
