HORRIBLE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Owner is the biggest jerk you'll EVER meet. Took two years to "repair" my train, got it back in worse shape with pieces missing. Took it back and he calls me a liar about the parts he never put in my train. Retire please instead of lying and cheating people.
TERRIBLE customer service. WAITING 10 MONTHS and Chris the owner has a different excuse each time I go in. Santa Fe engine repair we have been waiting for 10 months FOR some springs. THIS GUY IS A JOKE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Photos attached.

Waited literally 8 months to get my trains fixed and they didn't even get fixed. I had a 1995 MTH Crescent Limited that I accidentally put into programming mode, a repair that should cost no more than $70, ended up costing me literally more than the locomotive is even worth. (Around $250) I also came in with another mid 90s MTH Caltrain that hadn't ran since I was a little kid.. apparently this dude took 8 months to tell me he couldn't find the board or whatever which would have made it operational again.
