Chris sold me what was supposed to be a working locomotive and it did not work at all. I took it back to him and he said he would make it right, That was a lie! after taking back the locomotive to fix it but not refunding my money, he then disconnected 2 different phone numbers so I could not get hold of him. I then filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals office which he ignored. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. Wasn't even open, phone mailbox is full. My understanding is they haven't been open for sometime. Might as well close down.
Been there 4 times since 1/15/2026. Have not found it open during advertised times. Very disappointing will not waste time again. I can sure understand the negative reviews.
Wasted my time going to this place.
