My husband and I had Mr. Nicholas Schultz in West Plains complete our 2021 taxes. We provided all necessary information, and was told what we should receive from state and federal. When our return from federal came back, it was short $4200.00 We consulted with the West Plains office immediately and were told that we "would have to wait until we received the IRS letter explaining the issue."
