Unethical Attorney ⚠️ Ms Shultz was retained by my ex wife in September of 2024. Ms Shultz reached out to me by phone and portrayed herself as an attorney facilitating the mortgage assumption process between our parties. Ms Shultz said she required a notarized quit claim deed signed and returned to her in a short order.
