We were customers for years but will not be returning. The lack of care for their customers truly became apparent today. They doubled their rate and didn’t feel as if it was appropriate to tell us until it was too late. When we asked why we were not informed the response was “oh that’s not our protocol.” There were multiple opportunities for them to tell us of this change but they chose not to. It’s the lack of decency and common courtesy that has drove us to look for another tax preparation service.
