Nothing but great things to say about this company. They havent forgotten any rides, they are on-time, drivers are very helpful. Usually they are there waiting for us after an appointment. Have not had to call for a return ride. I am impressed with this company.
This company does not treat their clients well, drivers drive too fast, company drops rides if the think you say something like swearing. They accept rides and leave people to fend for themselves after dropping em off.
Business response:
We only have company owned vehicles that are driven and all of them have cameras inside and out. Also, the tracker system will send us notifications if there is any speeding, harsh braking, harsh events, and others. Inside of the vehicle it will say things such as (Your seat belt is unfastened, you are speeding, etc.) You have never called regarding speeding. Barb and Ann quit sending my three awesome drivers, leaving me with Lloyd...judgmental and uncaring, looking for his paycheck k. Shame.
