I recently visited this furniture shop and was impressed by the variety of styles available. The showroom is well organized and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helped me choose a comfortable chair that fits perfectly in my living room. Prices were reasonable and delivery was quick. Overall, a very satisfying shopping experience.

Just left Schrock’s Heritage Furniture. I have been coming to Berlin for over 10 years and purchased all of my furniture from the Amish. I enjoy the Amish folks which is why I vacation here so often. For my First time, I dealt with an extremely rude Amish gentleman at this store. I took a pamphlet of what I saw at another store and asked him if he had anything similar but different that I could look at. I have bought several pieces of furniture from Schrock's Heritage Furniture, and it is now my go-to furniture store. In 2024, I bought a dining room table and chairs, made completely custom. I chose the stain, the dimensions, the wood species, the style, all working from the catalogs in the store, and seeing actual samples to get a sense of what it would look like. We bought a custom-made dining room table set with four chairs and a bench, and are extremely happy with the results. The wait from order to delivery took a little longer than initially expected, but it was well worth the wait. The craftsmanship is outstanding and we got exactly what we wanted (even though we were vague and unsure of what we were after at the start of the process). The best customer service period. They took my order for outdoor furniture and delivered it to my home which is 65 miles from the store. The man brough the furniture himself, I couldn't be happier with the quality and the service. Make it a point to stop in here. They have solid wood furniture maid by true craftsman at a reasonable price. Great people.
