The people that I worked with long distance were very helpful and knowledgeable. They cared about the accuracy of the order and the time frame we were considering. The bedroom set arrived and it is absolutely beautiful. The craftmanship is exceptional! The delivery person was also fantastic. It is clear that this company cares about the quality of their work as well as the satisfaction of their customers.

We ordered in person an arts-and-crafts style chair last spring. The staff were professional and courteous in assisting us. We were shown various styles of chairs, choices of wood and fabric samples from which to choose. The staff offered useful advice and helped us pick the perfect chair for our home.
