CROOK. I rented from him for two years. When I left, he kept all our deposits and “claimed” it was for clean up even though we cleaned before we left. He told us it needed to be “showroom” ready even though he refused to answer our emails about what that meant. He charged us hundreds of dollars to clean “obscure food splatter” which was bull.
