Absolutely awful , they took my case for medical negligence convincing me I had a case. Then the lawyer looking after my case left, they failed to tell me. When I finally got them to respond they ignored any concerns and simply said they were t taking it any further. Leaving me permanently damaged and unable to go to another firm due to the statute of limitations. And when requested the notes to try and go to another firm just ignored me. Stay away you can find better!
