Back in 2023, i was sued from Pulaski Memorial Hospital using Schramm Law Group. I was unable to attend that preliminary hearing due to a medical condition and a judgement was made. In 2024, Schramm Law Group filed a proceedings supplemental stating that I had assets or property that could suffice that debt and I filed with the court asking for them to put the judgement aside as I was fighting for disability, was in school and an internship.
