John Thomas is an unethical attorney who took advantage of an elderly person in a healthcare facility and let a family member who was not named in any previous directives drive a guardianship of a person and go to court. Not only unethical, but the costs that were incurred for the person deemed incompetent is outrageous. Fully took advantage of an elder person and coerced this incompetent client and made money doing so. Not recommended very unethical and no integrity as an attorney.
