Terrible customer service
What a pleasant, effortless experience. My husband and I went in to become members and secure an auto loan. In about 30 minutes we opened two accounts and got the auto loan of our dreams (if there is such a thing) with an insane interest rate. We have been life long B of A customers and will be transferring all of our banking here. Angie and Rhonda were outstanding. Who knew going into debt could be such a pleasurable experience.
