Terrible branch. As someone mentioned below, this branch is seemingly responsible for numerous incompetent loan reportings to credit bureaus. For some reason, this is the branch listed on my credit report for a "loan" I've never had with them. It seems someone is their loans or credit or something department doesn't know how to do their job. No idea what's going on but they're completely misreporting information about peoples loans.
Very disappointed with the customer service. Not only to myself but 15 minutes later the same person was rude to our department director.They need to training their staff to be friendly and respectful.
