My sister spoke highly of SchoolsFirst Credit Union but I was a bit hesitant because I had been with my credit union for years. After a visit from one of there representatives at our school I decided to give them a try. Walked in with a laundry list of financial to-dos (personal loan, new debit card, accounting opening) Michael Jimenez helped us out with everything and was helpful, thorough and patient through it all. He was knowledgeable and looked to make sure we had 100% resolution for our needs. Love banking with SFFCU and grateful for the pleasant experience.
Doesn’t accept quarters even if they’re already sorted and the coin machine is broken. I came all the way over there with heavy quarters and the lady said my only option was to call other branches to see if they had one that works. Wells Fargo always accepts them as long as they’re sorted, I’m sure other banks it’s the same.
Over 14 people in line and only one teller…yet you have two employees not being utilized *update 2 left very angry/frustrated
