Interesting reading the last review from Adriana Art. This same exact bank location is doing the same thing to a family member of mine. ALMOST WORD FOR WORD!! Not sure whats going on over there but lawyers about to be involved....
The bank closed my son and mine’s account because someone got into our account apparently was a hacker committed fraudulent transaction and now the bank clerk said I have to pay for it and is more than $2,400.00 then she said let it go to collect agency and make arrangements with them, that i could paid in payments. She also said that i can’t open another account at any bank.
the security guy was great but the little gossipers in the front were not i already deal with social anxiety i went in with my mom to get a knew card and 2 kinda bigger ladies in the front my mom called my name i went to head back and i heard “ is she good “ like that is so disrespectful and embarrassing i just was in silence i don’t know the lady and security were great then the gossip unprofessionals come around lol they need some training
So friendly and efficient. Never any problems. I have both checking and savings and do most of my business on their app.
