I’ve only had good experiences with this branch. I’ve been with them for about 6 years and financed several cars through them. Everytime they are very helpful through the process.
Today, I had an excellent experience with Tim Price at SchoolsFirst, Orange branch. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs and recommended a program with better benefits that was more suitable for me. I truly appreciate his guidance and helpful approach. Highly recommended.
UPDATE: The boilerplate about “accuracy” while reporting inaccurately is exactly why reviews like this matter. I don’t need my statements again... I have them... and SchoolsFirst’s reports to TransUnion/Experian contradict those very statements. They also told me they would “no longer communicate with me.” SchoolsFirstFCU's banal and cliche mission statement espouses "the philosophy of "people helping people."
