Beware: contradictory credit reporting and a “we won’t respond” attitude. SchoolsFirst FCU damaged my credit with inaccurate furnishing and then refused to engage. My loan paperwork, Truth in Lending signed January 11, 2023, sets payments due on the 25th with maturity November 25, 2023. Yet TransUnion shows the account closed February 2025 and marks May 2023 as 30 days late.
