I want to start off by saying SchoolsFirst has helped me in many ways. I was able to get a decent auto loan through them and have been a happy SchoolsFirst member for almost 2 years now. That being said. It’s extremely frustrating how often they put their app under maintenance late at night making it difficult to access it when there’s no one you can call because it’s after business hours. God forbid you have to unlock your card after hours, check a statement or deposit a check electronically.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful with transactions and questions, making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I appreciate how they take the time to explain things and make me feel like a valued member every time I visit. While the wait can vary a bit during busier times, the personal service and attention to detail make it worth it. Great local credit union with service that feels more personal than larger banks.
I stopped and visit this branch to deposit money to my account and the atm locked out. The deposit didn't reflect my account. Now, I need to wait 30 days to reflectmy account. No help from customer service, HORRIBLE!!!
