I was so happy when I realized that this branch existed. Whenever I've came in, it's fast service and calm. The staff is helpful and nice. In December, I went in to apply for financial help. Despite my outcome, the experience was a game changer. Raymond helped me out, he listened to our family situation and our needs. He gave us options that were available, and he even surprised us with a some magic for our kiddos. It was truly a huge act of kindness. I'm grateful for the help, small or big, it makes a difference.

I went in today with many questions and in need of assistance. Olimpia was incredibly knowledgable, kind, patient, and personable. She provided excellent customer service and took the stress out of opening

Customer service in Fullerton was horrible one of the rep. didn't know what she was doing. So I went to La Habra service was excellent and fast rep knew exactly what I wanted n needed.

I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service at the SchoolsFirst La Habra branch. The staff consistently come across as unfriendly and sometimes rude. Even though this location is convenient for me, I go out of my way to visit another branch because of my experiences here. Over the past five years, I’ve tried to give this branch the benefit of the doubt, but nearly every interaction has felt ingenuine and unwelcoming.
