I’ve been banking here for a few years now and it beats Chase and BofA by miles. The entire staff is very friendly and I typically never have to wait more than 5 minutes for anything. I recently just refinanced my auto loan with them and Priscilla helped me out and made the entire process super simple and quick. She’s very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions with a smile. You can always tell when somebody loves their job. I’m lucky to bank here, I appreciate the whole team.
André at the front desk went above and beyond with customer service, extremely grateful to have schools first as a financial ally.
Jesus is an incompetent member of Schoolsfirst. He wouldn’t let me deposit a check that I get twice a year from my mortgage company. He is not knowledgeable in common practices regarding transactions at Schoolsfirst. He was also acting as if I was suspicious. I have never experienced this before from any other associates at this location. I was surprised and inconvenienced by this. I do not recommend going to Jesus.
