Front Desk tells you You are Next… I inquired about how long to be able to get an agent to withdraw IRA Money. Lady said: am next… I waited 12 minutes and no Agent was available. She could say: it will take longer to to talk to someone at the cubicle.. and I’ll be ok. But no, she said You are next. I left. I prefer the location in Lakewood.
