Went in to use the coin machine. And when we asked for help as it was jammed from the previous use. The front desk staff talked down to my sister. Acted like we were too dumb to use a coin counting machine.
Went in for a car loan and Andrew made the process so easy and convenient. It was much appreciated that he took the time to give me such great customer service.
