This place is terrible. Went in to speak to pick up convenience check and waited about an hour and a half. People with appointments kept walking in ahead. Had no idea you can make appointment. They should have one dedicated person for walk ins. What I needed to do only took 5 min. Told me it was going to be about 45 min. Finally had to majorly complain since I had someone waiting in car and suddenly there was someone available in a cubicle that wasn’t being used.
Always something with this bank can never get a hold of someone and the stupid app never works
