Lesly was super rude & unprofessional with my grandma & I. Her tone with us was absolutely disgusting & not friendly or helpful at all.
I had such an amazing experience today with a great team of SchoolsFirst in chino ca. A huge shout out to Darshii and Erica for taking care of me by helping me finance my vehicle it was so easy and fast. I highly recommend if you need to finance or open and account with SchoolFist Fediral Credit Union they will welcome you with an open arms.
I went in for a second time to ask additional questions regarding opening an account . First time was great but second time I was like wow this Person went really above and beyond of what I expected . She made me feel super confident on what I was doing gave me all my options. Let me ask all my questions and with a smile answered every single one. She even recognized we had the same initials SP. Thank you so much for all your help in making my transaction so pleasant. Great exceptional customer service.
Had a great experience at this branch. Jason and Erin helped my and my husband get an auto loan financed at a great interest rate in one day after problems with the dealership. I am a new to schools first and am so glad we went with this bank. The office is very nice and all the staff is extremely friendly.
