I love it
Wow, I'm so surprised with all the negative reviews. I opened my accounts earlier this year and visited the bankers and tellers a couple of times each. Everytime I have received outstanding service and they all went above and beyond my expectations. I hate going to the bank and handling anything financial so I am happy my husband handles it all. But here I feel quite comfortable in taking care of it myself as the staff is always helpful and courteous.
I walked into the bank today to open a checking account. My wife already has an account here, and together we even have a car loan through SchoolsFirst. I expected a smooth experience, especially as I’m preparing to move all my banking over after closing on my home. Instead, I was greeted by Andrew or rather, barely greeted.
