This YTT program in Guatemala with SYI truly was a transformative experience for me. I really love how we incorporated aspects of yogic philosophy, Mayan tradition, and shamanism. I opened up parts of me with each ceremony we did. I found new ways to love. I feel like learning to teach a yoga practice was just a bonus. The real beauty of this program was discovering myself and learning how to love all parts of me. Now I know I have so much to share with the world. SYI was the absolute best training I could have picked for myself. The extensive and immersive hands on training allowed me to fully learn and practice the yogic way of life in order to integrate it forward into my life. My instructors were amazing, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this school for anyone wanting to pursue teaching or even to expand their own personal practice.

I enjoyed my time here at Bumi Cinta for my 300hr with SYI, I can apply the things I learned here especially the Nidra portion, the tantra practice also helped me deepen the things I’ve already been doing daily. Now more with intention. Thank you SYI
