Terrible communication skills, never answers the phone, heaven forbid they actually do something to help students and parents

CMCSS should be embarrassed by the way its Enrollment Center operates. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever dealt with. Enrolling a child in a public school should not require multiple trips, conflicting instructions, and endless frustration because employees either don’t know the process or can’t be bothered to provide accurate information. Never answers the phone and voicemails
I don’t know who the lady is that works there, but it took me several rings at the door in order for her to answer, and she was very rude and told me Fridays were appointments only and when I asked her, if there were any available appointments, she literally said no and hung up. She provided no additional information or assistance. When I spoke to another mother outside of the enrollment center, she told me she was turned away yesterday due to too many people being in front of her.
