After spending over two grand on a cupboard it was delivered damaged with its packing falling off so we refused delivery. They said we would receive a refund in 3-5 days and 11 days later they said they were just processing our refund now. So now we wait another week, or will that be another 11 days?. If you don’t mind terrible customer service, expensive damaged items, and them keeping your money far longer than they need to by all means waste three weeks messing with this company.
Though due to delivery timing did not work out and had to cancel the order, the customer service absolutely exceeded my expectation! I would love to have business with them when next opportunity arise since so many good choices they offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
