Very disappointed. The service is terrible. I've never encountered anything like this before. I don't know how they can hire people like this. Will my son have to deal with such heartless person until the end of the semester? Poor him.
I'm editing my review to add in that some Bus drivers are like Umbridge and shouldn't be driving children. They want quiet buses, then discipline the kids without any word to the school or parents. Then t expect us to believe they are treating our kids fairly while our kids are crying about how awful the bus driver is. .Bus drivers are good, but they are always late. The woman who takes care of my son on the bus, I don't know what she wants from my autistic son. She complains about my son all the time, says he is not a good boy, he will do it again, and looks down on us. She scolds me like this everyday when she drop off my son. If he was normal, he wouldn't have to ride this bus with her. Why is she so cruel, expecting perfection from a kid who has no control over himself? The things she says everyday hurt our feelings. Everyone that works there apparently hates their life and is miserable. Not concerned about delayed buses that have kids waiting HALF hour+ multiple times a week. Causing parents to miss work to go and drive them to school. He also tells them they can’t wait in a car when it’s negative feels like temps and he’s delayed by 30+ min. Also says no headphones on the bus. He is not a safe driver and scary that we know, yet they ignore all these complaints. Never one call back from anyone.
