We paid his mandated retainer and he didn't earn it. Come to find out, he's been investigated by the IARDC as well. If we knew that we would have never hired him.
We hired riff to oversee our property issue. 5 demanded a $500 "retainer".nt so we paid him since we had only one day to be in court. HE alegedyly called two lawyers and showed up to court (he had another court dated that morning so he was at the courthouse anyway). he didn't show that he really did anything but possibly communicate with the opposing attorney. he pretty much gave them what they wanted.
