I called to ask if the office was accepting new patients, and unfortunately the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She acted more like a bully than someone there to help. When I tried to provide my insurance information, she insisted she knew more about my plan than I did and incorrectly claimed I needed a referral from a PCP.
