Terrible communication with no sense of urgency. Last year was unique due to the California natural disasters extension. This was fine but then all communication ceased. After they got me through the door and signed on as a client, I never spoke to Bret again. God bless Sabrina and all that she puts up with. I am sure I am not the only client calling looking for answers to have her trying to tap dance answers for Bret. I called on two separate occasions and requested to speak to Bret and was told he was on vacation. I get it... read more
