A tremendous waste of time with Arif. He's out of his depth and dealing with some of the banks for the first time. I've submitted the same documents at least thrice and here I am two months later with nothing to show for all the work but another request for the same documentation. I now have to restart the process with someone else whilst my higher interest rate continues to cost me.
