Amazing service highly recommend this place to anyone
I was taking care of a property while it was in Probate. Both the executor of the estate and this law firm told me I would be paid for doing it. When it comes time to pay, they tell me we didn't have a contract. They are as crooked as the day is long.
We hired Caleb Petersen but after quite some time he dumped us on Sara Davenport. We repeatedly told Sara that the people on the stand were lying. She just shushed us off. She didn’t cross examine the witnesses. No hard questions at all. No pressure at all. She obviously gave up early in the trial for our granddaughter to stay with us. Don’t hire her if you want to win, you won’t.
Just don’t hire Joshua as a lawyer. He’ll tell you he won’t use your one time deferred judgement, leave you in the lobby of the courtroom like it’s a hospital waiting room, then come out to say he used the deferred judgement. Terrible communicator, pretty much took my money and ran rather than actually helping do what he was hired to do.
They don't do there job. They are very unprofessional. I would not recommend them at all
