Omg that lady from security…….
Everything went Smooth! Mrs Alma got my paperwork done fast and out the door. Loading was done fast, In and Out in 2hours! They also have a scale.
Honestly, I completely agree with the previous reviews about the security lady — her attitude is very disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s surprising that so many people complained about her, yet nothing has changed. As for the warehouse, this is by far one of the worst places to pick up a load. I’ve been waiting for over 9 hours and the loading is still not finished. There is zero organization or professionalism when it comes to handling drivers and preparing loads. Extremely RUDE !! This lady working at the guard shack (on the pictures below) has zero patience and absolutely no respect when answering basic questions. She only responds to whatever she feels like, and if you don't understand her, she acts like that's your problem. She literally shuts and locks the window in your face while you're still trying to talk.
