Honestly, I completely agree with the previous reviews about the security lady — her attitude is very disrespectful and unprofessional. It’s surprising that so many people complained about her, yet nothing has changed. As for the warehouse, this is by far one of the worst places to pick up a load. Extremely RUDE !! This lady working at the guard shack (on the pictures below) has zero patience and absolutely no respect when answering basic questions. She only responds to whatever she feels like, and if you don't understand her, she acts like that's your problem. She literally shuts and locks the window in your face while you're still trying to talk. The security guard us a bite rdue. Other than that. So efficient nice people and super quick.. Park outside and check in. They call you when door is ready for you.
I personally had a very very lovely experience I had a nice conversation with the lady at the guard shack 6:00 a.m. appointment I signed in about 4:30 that morning and I was unloaded and leaving by 6:02 a.m.
