I stayed in one of Dana's Properties back in 2017-2018, the rent was fair, we had an apartment that wasn't "Up to date" meaning the carpet was older appliances where older, countertop was older (ext), but all was in good repair and order. The rent was more then fair, Dana was easy to get along with, and he made a strong effort to keep his property in good condition. We have been using Shock & Poores CPA since around 2006. I highly recommend them for tax preparation services for business and personal returns. They have another office in the Vandalia area also, but we live closer to the New Carlisle office and prefer that location. Dana Shock is always personable, helpful when we have questions about our business, and stays updated on tax changes & laws to keep us in the know on what we can and can't deduct.
