All Schneider personnel are personable as well as professional. As soon as you walk into their office you are greeted with a smile. They communicate with you on a regular basis as to the status of your federal and state return. They always have answered all of my questions each time I ask each year. Highly recommended by myself as well as all of my neighbors that use their services.

I requested an appointment to review tax requirements for my new LLC. Kaitlyn snidely told me, “We don’t give free advice.” I was never expecting free advice, and I had to ask multiple follow-up questions before Kaitlyn finally shared the options for making an appointment — a $275 consultation or becoming a full client. By this time in the call, I no longer wanted to deal any further with Schneider and Stone. The great reviews were initially very promising, but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
