I would give ZERO stars. Calling at my lowest point after the death of my brother to settle his estate was a nightmare. The receptionist was so rude and heartless. Told me an attorney was going to call me back, however after a week no phone call. I called back and the same receptionist told me “the lawyers are busy in court and they are too busy now.” I wonder how many potential clients she has pushed away. Horrible, horrible client service. Avoid at all cost!

Walked in the door. Someone yells from the back “be with you shortly!” Ok. Fine we wait. But sitting there for over 20 minutes without even another word is just rude. What we do hear is the ladies in the back chatting about? margaritas. Like really? Customer service zero. Don’t waste your time even walking into their office. The moment we left the office. Someone comes to the door. Why bother? I Guess our money and time isn’t important as yours.
