If I could give zero stars, I would. After my accident, I spent over an hour at their office providing information, signing paperwork, and discussing my case. After that, I virtually never heard from them again. I made numerous attempts to get updates and find out how my case was progressing, but my calls and concerns seemed to be ignored.
