The receptionist was really rude when I tried to call and ask questions
This company held onto my information for a few years. I did what they asked, because I was doing it alone (this is not easy and a lot of things to naturally navigate through!); On top of great reviews. First mistake I made. So, After X amount of time; I got a phone call. Basically saying I won't win the case. Told me to come get all my stuff from their office. I did just that! I made a few phone calls.
