Schneider is probably one of the better larger companies, if you want to lease your truck onto them. Though, I'm not saying they're perfect, cuz they're far from it... But I wouldn't hesitate to lease onto them. They have their own freight and they'll keep you busy. The pay isn't the best, but it's ok. No company is perfect, for sure.

Can’t get ahold of a person
Dispatch micromanages you and they don't pay what they promise to pay on top of that OSRs have a nasty attitude thinking that is drivers are under and below them overall experience was chaotic
