If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not follow the designated Poland Spring truck route and speed through the local neighborhoods multiple times a day. Don’t hire them if you want drivers that can follow simple road signs - so disrespectful.

n my opinion, Schneider is one of the most frustrating and unprofessional companies I’ve ever dealt with. From the very beginning, everything felt disorganized. Communication was terrible, expectations constantly changed, and it seemed like nobody was on the same page. Every time I tried to get help, I felt ignored or given the runaround like nobody actually cared about drivers.
