Melinda Cantu, who is supposed to help drivers, treats otr drivers like garbage, especially males. She gets away with it because she can...plain and simple. Even if I need help I will avoid her because she is so rude. She talks trash about drivers within earshot all the time. Seriously. My experience at the Schneider OC's I've gone to is that the employees treat new drivers horribly. Nobody watches over employees like Melinda or the DTLs.
