Gave me a dirty broken tractor and zero communication with the team leader when needed. The liability falls on the driver so, no thanks.
This is a good place for your training. I enjoyed my time there and most of the trainers are Kool. But one named Ellen, she made out like we were Kool then went straight to HR and boldface Lied on me saying I backed into a trailer 2 times plus hit a cone. Now I didn't hit anything but the cone ( by 2 inches) I never backed ,touched a trailer. All this violates their safety policies, I didn't know that but she did.
