Snow ski This is without a doubt our favorite ski resort. The halfpipe is awesome for the more daring. I love the shop and the green slopes. The hot tube at the hotels is perfect after a long day of skiing. Get your pass early and you can have access to a wide variety of slopes.

Fun Breckenridge is a fun ski resort with some pretty good runs. It's more of a destination location, like Keystone, but unlike Keystone it's a much better and more challenging mountain. Breckenridge the town is neat with fun shops and restaurants.

Bare bones resort... better in winter than summer I've stayed her on several occasions and thought of it as a decent resort. The best things about it are how close it is to Denver and that you can ski up to the resort after a day on the slopes. Rooms are basic/simple. The place pretty much shuts down in the non-winter months, which can be a pain as far as admentities, food, etc. I've found the staff to be okay, but not exceptional.

First time and last time are both for Breckenridge I learned to ski here and would ski my last run here if possible to plan that way as it is a fantastic lodge, town and slopes. Used to ban snowboarders which I liked, but is now open to both ski and boards with a huge snow board park.
